After you place your order, we will check with you whether the vehicle meets your requirements and who your dealer and service partner should be. Only then will you receive an invoice from the official NIU partner. If the vehicle is in stock, it will be handed over after full payment. If the vehicle is still in transit (please note the availability information), a reservation fee will apply, which will be credited to your final invoice. This fee is non-refundable if you cancel your purchase.

A two-year warranty generally applies to parts and replacement services, although the warranty for battery packs is limited to 20,000 kilometers. The warranty period begins with the vehicle's initial registration. Wear parts such as tires, brake pads, and brake discs are excluded.

Parts added after the vehicle's registration generally retain the vehicle's warranty period, with a minimum warranty period of 12 months. The decisive factor is the date of sale or installation of the replacement part.

Please note that your dealer may charge a setup fee (delivery fee) in addition to the price published here. This fee is justified because your NIU partner not only pays for delivery from the Swiss central warehouse, but also has to assemble the scooter and incurs additional costs with the vehicle registration office if they are also handling the registration for you.
